Scent Profile:  Punchy top notes of Orange Peel and a hint of Cardamom open up to mouthwatering scents of Grapefruit, Mango, and Peach mingled with Palo Santo.  Subtle base notes of Cedar, Sandalwood and Smoke finish this scent.

The Inspiration:  Have you ever received a box of Florida-grown citrus at Christmas? The kind that come right off the delivery truck?  Ooh boy, these are some of the best citrus fruits around.  I lived in South Florida near West Palm Beach by the Indian River for a handful of years.  Citrus makes its way into daily life when you live in Florida - foods like ceviche and glazes for fruits or main entrees, fresh-squeezed juices, with or without additions, desserts, the cute little bird on the dole whip sign, on vehicle license plates, roadside stands and backyard trees.  Citrus is everywhere in Florida.   

Indian River Sunshine is a scent that recalls summer days in the bright sun, eating sweet Cara Cara’s with juice running down your hand.  This candle is made using natural US grown soy wax.

Materials

FRAGRANCE - Across our product lines, our premium fragrance oils are:

WAXES - Our pillar wax is 100 percent soy wax made from soybean oil grown in the USA.  We add UV inhibitor to prevent candles from fading due to ultraviolet light exposure. 

WICKS - We use cotton wicks with a paper core specifically designed for the waxes used in our candle lines. Wicks are dipped in a natural wax by the manufacturer for stabilization. 

Dimensions

Our standard pillar is 3 inches in diameter and is available in three heights:

  • 3 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall, weighs about 12.5 ounces (350 g)
  • 3 inches wide x 4.5 inches tall, weighs about 15.75 ounces (450 g)
  • 3 inches wide x 6.5 inches tall, weighs about 22.75 ounces (650 g)

Care information

For Standard Pillar Candles (3-inch diameter columns): 

  • Trim wick to 1/8 - 1/4 inch each time before lighting
  • Burn the candle for 3-4 hours during the first burn
  • For best results, burn candle no more than 4 hours each session
  • Avoid placing your candle near drafts
  • Place pillar on a stable heat proof candle plate and remove nearby flammable materials before lighting your candle
  • Never leave the pillar candle unattended
  • Keep children and pets away from open flames
  • Keep the candle at least 4 inches from other candles

For Dimensional Pillar Candles:

  • Trim wick to 1/8 - 1/4 inch each time before lighting
  • Avoid placing your candle near drafts
  • Place pillar on a stable heat proof candle plate and remove nearby flammable materials before lighting your pillar candle
